Frequently asked questions
What counts as a job?
A job is any single delivery, collection, or skip swap booked for a customer. Cancelled jobs still count toward your monthly total.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated to the day.
Is this compliant with the DEFRA October 2026 mandate?
All plans include digital waste transfer note generation. Pro includes DEFRA digital submission when the API goes live.
What happens if I exceed my job limit?
You'll receive an in-app warning at 80% usage. You can upgrade your plan at any time — we won't cut you off mid-month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — monthly billing only for now. Annual plans with a discount are on our roadmap for later in 2026.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is fully isolated from other companies using Postgres row-level security. We use Supabase for database and auth, hosted in the EU.
